This visit to Hallo Bay Bear Camp in Katmai, Alaska was a wonderful opportunity to watch bears, especially some of the big boys playing together. Perhaps even more interesting was the opportunity to watch professional filmmakers from the BBC at work as well as meet two intrepid women who had kayaked 1300 miles from Adak Alaska as part of a Round-the-world journey under one's own power.
